When it comes to planning our transports, we at PharmaSped are professional pessimists. From sudden weather disasters and political upheavals to technical defects and gang crime, we leave nothing out when planning horror scenarios and possible responses to them. Get caught cold by chance? Not with us!
- We provide our PharmaSped network partners with detailed instructions on how the vehicles used must be equipped in accordance with GDP guidelines.
- We check compliance with maintenance intervals and ensure regular calibration of all instruments. State-of-the-art refrigeration and measurement technology, telemetry and GPS are part of our basic equipment.
- We train our drivers at regular intervals. The focus is on cleanliness, contamination hazards, correct loading, labeling and documentation as well as the correct response to alarms, changes in quantity or time
- We use software to monitor various vehicle, refrigeration and load parameters every 15 minutes. This is supplemented by information recorded manually by the driver.
- We assign each shipment to a dispatcher who is also available at night, at weekends and on public holidays and who acts immediately in the event of alarms and deviations.
- We create detailed transport upon request and route reports including CO₂ statistics with individual key performance indicators (KPIs) and diagrams that make the work of the qualified persons easier when the consignee receives the goods.
